Simple Steps:

Take a medium bowl, combine the fellow ingredients together very well: all-purpose flour, oil, cold water, salt and baking powder.
Make sure to mix well (use your hands) and press the dough onto the pie dish with your fingers.
Bake after filling with preferred filling under high heat (400°F) for 15 minutes or until it becomes crispy and golden.
Notes:

Poke crust with a fork all over the inside so it doesn’t over puff.
Make sure you press down into the bottom rim of the pan to spread out the dough and keep it from being so thick.
To avoid having problems removing the pie from the pan, spray the pie pan with a non-stick spray.
Personally, white Lili flour gives the best results! Think about it!
Leave the crust to cool for some time before filling it!
